INSURANCE COVERAGE INFORMATION
If you are interested in therapy, you may want to know if you are covered by your insurance policy. This office accepts some insurance plans, such as Excellus BC/BS, Blue Choice, and Preferred Care. However, many companies have restrictions, such as deductibles, and variable copay rates, so check with your company. The customary precertification number is 311. This is a "catch-all" number to initiate the process. Other insurance coverage changes are according to your individual policy.
